Cancellation & Exchange Policy
At Print Store, we take great care in delivering high-quality products. Please read our updated Cancellation & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed and order processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
- No refund will be issued for orders that have already been confirmed or moved into production.
- Please ensure all details (size, color, address, etc.) are correct before confirming your purchase.
2. Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Product)
We only offer an exchange in case the product is delivered in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must provide unboxing proof in video format.
- The video must be:
- Continuous (no cuts, no pauses, no edits)
- Clearly showing the package, sealing, product, and the damage
- This video must be sent to us within 2 days of delivery.
- Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process an exchange.
If approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product, size, and color. No refunds will be issued.
3. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Customer dissatisfaction with style or preference
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Orders already in production or dispatched
Only damaged products with valid video proof are eligible for exchange (not refund).
